Rules for Transporting Unaccompanied Children

Our company allows the transportation of unaccompanied children—that is, individuals under the age of 18. However, this is subject to strict rules that must always be followed.

The transport of unaccompanied children is divided into two categories based on age.


1) Children under 12 years of age, for whom the following rules apply:
a) The legal guardian of a child under 18 years of age is required to notify us in advance.
b) A person under 12 years of age must have valid travel documents (passport or ID card).
c) Unless otherwise agreed upon individually with the carrier, a person under 12 years of age must be accompanied to the departure point, and a person designated to pick them up must be waiting at the destination station at least 20 minutes before the scheduled arrival.
d) The reservation must always include a valid phone number for the person who will accompany the child to the departure point.
e) The person accompanying a child under 12 must provide the driver with a power of attorney at check-in, including valid contact information. This will be sent to you via email after booking.
f) A child under 12 years of age will be seated in the front section of the bus under constant surveillance by security cameras.
g) When transporting a child under 12 years of age, it is mandatory to reserve a second seat so that the child sits alone. The fee for the additional seat is 1,300 CZK/55 CHF/55 EUR. If there are multiple children, this fee is charged only once.


2) The following rules apply to children aged 13 to 18 who are already paying the adult fare:
a) The legal guardian of a child under 18 is required to notify us in advance.
b) A person under 18 must have valid travel documents (passport or ID card).
c) Unless otherwise agreed upon individually with the carrier, a person under 18 must be accompanied to the departure point, and a person picking them up must be waiting at the destination station at least 20 minutes before the scheduled arrival.
d) The reservation must always include a valid phone number for the person who will accompany the child to the departure point.
e) A person under the age of 18 must present a power of attorney to the driver upon check-in, including valid contact information. This document will be emailed to you after booking.
